Hello, Coaches!

Longshanks, here.  I am writing to inform you that this summers league will be ran in compliance with the ruleset set forth by the powers that be with one slight change:

Matches can be played to either 8 or 12 points.  This must be agreed upon by both Coaches prior to the start of the match and cannot be changed once the match commences.  (Remember, in the off chance that there is a Tie for League Champion, the first tiebreaker is "The coach with the highest cumulative total VP's" so smaller games could have an impact here)

Please read through the governing ruleset located in your Season 2 Rulebook or here.  Note, there are no league points awarded for ties.  You either win or you lose a match.  "League Matches are not played using a clock and so timely play and good sportsmanship is assumed. In the event that a match cannot be completed for whatever reason, the match is abandoned and both coaches record a loss unless the Longshanks is happy to rearrange the fixture."

 

At the summation of each week, I will update the website to reflect the match results and favour usage throughout that week so be sure that one of you submit your match results via the, "Submit" button to the right after each game.
